HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Please book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.  Brighter Hope Foundation has reserved a block of rooms on a first come first served basis. The rate offered by the hotel is US$235 per room per night plus a resort fee of $9.99 per room per night. This is subject to applicable guest tax, occupancy tax, and state and local taxes. The rooms are Family Suites and sleep up to 6 people (2 queen beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa). Entrance to the waterpark is included for all guests in the room. Complimentary self-parking is included for rooms booked with the room block code.

GRANT INFORMATION

We are delighted to offer a grant to help support patients and families with the cost of attending the meet-up. The grant covers 2 nights of accommodation at the room block rate in a room for up to 6 people, with a maximum rate of $277 per night per room, including taxes and resort fees. We are offering one grant per patient family. Terms and conditions for the grant are included in the form below.
