Financial Assistance Programme

Brighter Hope Foundation has a limited amount of funds available for those who cannot attend the conference without financial assistance.  We are committed to ensuring that all patient families who wish to attend the conference have the opportunity to do so. Our Financial Assistance Programme is intended specifically for families who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial hardship.

Financial assistance is limited and will be prioritised for families with financial need, particularly for those who have not yet had the opportunity to attend a conference.

What Financial Assistance Do You Need?

Patients and caregivers can request support towards the following:

  • Conference Registration Fees
  • Accommodation
  • Travel Expenses

Disney Park Tickets

Brighter Hope Foundation is delighted to provide complimentary Disney park tickets for patients and their immediate family members to enjoy Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World theme parks on August 9th and 10th, 2026.

These tickets are available to all patient families, whether or not they receive financial assistance.

Please note: Disney tickets cannot be requested through the Financial Assistance Programme form. To apply for Disney tickets, please wait until you receive the outcome of your Financial Assistance application, then register for the conference by completing the conference registration form. Registration must be completed by July 15, 2026.

Reimbursement Process

  • Receipts are required for all reimbursable expenses.
  • Reimbursements will be issued within three weeks after the conference, provided all required receipts have been submitted.
  • Additional instructions on how and where to submit receipts will be provided to approved families.
  • All financial assistance is provided as reimbursement after the conference.

Our goal is to use our resources responsibly to help as many families as possible attend. We ask families to apply only if financial hardship would otherwise prevent attendance.

The Financial Assistance Programme application closing date is May 1, 2026.

Brighter Hope Foundation is delighted to provide complimentary Disney park tickets for patients and their immediate family members to enjoy Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World theme parks on August 9th and 10th, 2026.  These tickets are available to all patient families who register for the conference, whether or not they receive financial assistance.
