Brighter Hope Foundation is delighted to provide meals, childcare, activities, and all event programming at no cost to patients and their immediate families attending this conference. Extended family members and friends are welcome to join the conference; however, because these services carry per‑person charges, a registration fee of is required as a contribution toward those costs.

Please note that the late registration fee does not include any charge for childcare or children’s activities. We also cannot guarantee that additional children can be accommodated by the childcare team, as staffing numbers and age groups have already been finalized based on the registrations received before the closing date.
